GC has a few greys roaming around with a scattering of pintails...some teal still left over. Should be a good to better than average opening w/ water conditions just about perfect along w/ snow and cold fronts in the Midwest pushing birds down. I'm optimistic...as always!

going to check GC tomorrow, last friday and friday before we still had a lot of teal. Not many big ducks.

Reefman, you guys youth hunting? We should have 3 or 4 blinds hunting in GC.

Gueydan/cypress point area is loaded wish my phone would let me post pics my place is loaded with pintail greys and mallards have had several thousand hanging out for about a week now should be awesome opening morning.

Going tomorrow to bail water out of the blind and prep things. Our cut should be buffaloed soon if it has not been done so already so I will take my 13 year old youth hunting on SAT.
