Did you really just leave that door open? It's cause you be stupid and so many more reasons that I don't have room to say. I don't know what's worse you passing that up or me getting discouraged from being laid off in the machinist and not taking one of the jobs I was offered. Live and learn I guess.

Unfortunately, I know what your talking about. Tube fitting thefts are a problem, and we have worked with law enforcement throughout the state to try to slow it down. I don't think it will ever be completely stopped. Oh well, another story for another day.

I think I responded here before, but I am a Dimensional Control Survey Tech. We work 3D laser scanners, highly accurate total stations, and 3D software. We use all of this to tell you FLUOR guys, BP guys, Oceaneering guys, and Exxon etc guy if the stuff yall are fabricating or having fabricated are being built to spec! Y'all usually hate us or love us... lol

Our DC department does that, I was trying to get in with them before I landed my current gig. They use Leica surveying instruments.
