No, but I've been considering installing TapaTalk here for premium members to use. It ain't cheap, though, so there would need to be plenty of interest. I'd have to get about 8 premium members to pony up for a year to cover the cost.
 If someone is interested in creating an app for iPhone, Droid, etc., let me know and we can work out a deal on the licensing.
