Whitney gave me up to 250 transactions free with no cap that I know of. I've deposited checks for over $5k and they never charged me. My banker also told me that if I was starting to exceed 250 transactions per month, they had other options we could look at.

You may give em a call and, no, I'm not a banker. Know what I'm sayin?
