Hunted Saturday, Sunday with my brother and Monday I could not get him out of bed so I went solo Monday. Saturday we harvested 11 teal (9-GW & 2-BW) and 1-Grey. Sunday we managed 8-Grey's and 4-Teal (2-GW & 2-BW) Monday I was able to get 3- Teal (All GW) and 3-Grey's. I was very happy to get the birds we did because I was not seeing many birds the previous week, therefore not expecting much. My new (New to me) lab Sally (3 years young) did very well. Cooper the super dog is gone now but I think he was watching and smiling somewhere. It looks as if she will be a nice replacement. She does need some steadying but she hunts the birds in heavy cover very good.
