Help with Xpress value.

Father in law needs to sell his boat, its a 07 Xpress 17' w/ a 90 Yamaha that prolly has 250 hrs on it. No carpet, it has rhino lining throughout. NADA says average retail is $11, 595 and low is $10,220. I think this is a little high what do yall think.

I just think it all depends on condition and that liner ads a good $1,000 extra value to it so I think $10,500 is a fair price but if he wants it gone quickly try $9,500 and take the best offer.

anytime you ask a price they always want to knock $500 off the price to feel like they got a good deal
