The other day I picked up a package of Camellia brand Pink Beans and decided today was a good day to cook them. Now the package says to cook them one way but I'm trying my way with a bit of a Cajun twist. I soaked them just like I would red or white beans overnight.
Got the seasonings(onios, celery, garlic, diced Cherry bomb peppers from the garden and fresh bay leaves)along with some diced tasso and Wayne Jacobs Andouille. ![]() Beans added and time to simmer till done!
