no lie! I'm gonna actually skip out this weekend my wife and i need some us time. Been hunting every weekend and some week days since it started. No kids!!!!!

bobs needs to get shells that go boom...not click...lol...
we lost another bird and a group of 10 or so gw teal came in..i got 2 and bob got a "click"...lol

Driving down I 49 from Monroe right now there only a couple hundred birds in the pond south of Alexandria. Usually this time of year there are couple thousand.

They left last week for some reason. I make that drive often. I stopped out there a few weeks back just to look and see the species make up and 99.9% were spoonbills. Never seen that many in one place in my life although I hear there are 13,000 of them sitting on a pond in Crowley right now

No good reports from gc this week. The birds seem to have left the area. Skipping this weekend getting back after them next weekend though.
