w no bs you should mark up the shirt a little so that the extra money can go to help fight your cause. its going to take a lot of time money and effort to get the limit raised back to 25 so extra funds would not hurt

what i might do is see what it cost and sale them for a few dollars more and let the extra money go the the event Aug 4th
