What was weird there was only 3-4 truck&trailers in parking lot @ the point so most came from other areas. Also just to add live bait was not needed after I put 6-7 in box as fast as I could get back out there I grabbed the pole with little john on and caught 4-5 real quick then picked up the other pole with soft dine and caught a few on it too. As I was waiting for my ride to hook trailer back up the school made its way just off the bank at calcasieu point birds were working over them. Next up for me is a trip north to try and catch some stripe bass mixed in with reds and specks. I have never caught stripes here but never really tried.

Most of those boats are guides coming from Hebert's and Spicers.
