Used to have get togethers where we played HI - LO. When it was familys we usually played a quarter a hand. when it was just the men a dollar a hand. everyone puts in and gets one card face down. dealer calls high or low. if he calls high hi card wins. If it's a tie those tied add another buck and get another card. winner takes the pot. winner is now dealer and calls high low and deals. if you have 15 -20 people playing use 2 -3 decks, ties are common and make pots grow bigger .
