US unveils plan to subsidize broadband for poor

It's not just you.

I get to take drug tests for the privilege of keeping a job so I can pay taxes to help subsidize this stuff. The "entitled" can't be held to same level of accountability at least here in Florida because "what would happen to the children if public subsidies were cut off?"

yeah Im on 3 hit list for random drug screening, if I can do it to get a pay check, so should they

I take a drug screen every 48 days and sometimes I'll get more inbetween....
