We do down to GS and stay at the Caribe every year for the 4th and I bring the boat. We try and make one or two fishing trips while we are there. Last year we found some cobia between the sand bars just off of the beach, and a few specks on the drop off in Terry cove. We tried running offshore of snapper one year but it was a bust. It is a different kind of fishing over there. The best thing about bringing the boat is the sights at Robinson island. We only go to the beach one day and the rest we spend on the island. We also took a day and went to Destin in the boat. Several islands in the back bay had topless women tanning.
