Default Me an Alton brown valentine!!!!

Been hearing about the Alton Brown ribeye on here an decided to try it. Ima grill guy but I decided to give it a shot for my valentines supper. The wife got boiled crawfish an I got this!!!!! Damn it's hard decision but this ribeye was on point! It's better than I thought it would be an made a little stuffed red potatoe hash for the side!

Those potatoes are looking right son! For a step by step on those? I was hesitant about cooking a steak this way at first too, but now its hard to eat it any other way. Actually tasting the steak and not the seasoning makes all the difference.

Put some onions bellpepper an garlic sautéing in some garlic butter dice red potatoes in half inch cubes.
When onions starts turning clear I throw in the potatoes add a litte water an bring to a slow simmer. After they soften to your liken throw in some More butter an season to taste.
After on the plate I put shredded cheddar parsley flakes an some real bacon bits!
And that's it. A little stuffed red tater hash! Enjoy
