just because you pay an annual fee to renew your CAPTAINS license, doesnt mean you are a certified guide...

so what about all the waterfowl guides out there that dont have a guide license? are they illegal?

A dog trainer needs no license to become a professional trainer.. A professional is one who is engaged in a specified activity as one's main paid occupation rather than as a pastime.

your argument of being a fishing guide vs. dog trainer is irrelevant.... NEXT

You tried to compare the two but it backed fired on you! Now your saying its irrelevant
