Pork and sweet potatoes complement each other so well. I love to cook a pork roast with sweet potaoes over a fire in my big dutch oven. Pour in half a bottle of red wine then kick back and fire up a cigar while finishing the rest of the wine
 . Awesome job on a B A looking meal.
