If I had it to do all over again I'd get on a push boat.
My Cousn in Law is a boat captain works 21-14. He pushes one barge from TX to GA. Makes 150,000 year. If he's drug free, has a pulse and can show up to work on time and stay on the boat. He can make 85,000 within a year. 150,000 after 3 or 4 depending on what license he can obtain.
