No that's just how good he is. He can catch em anywhere. He just choose a place that he knew would make you cry about it.

Its called a crumb Snatcher guide , one who can no produce enough fish from his own waters , he must come where he is not know of how bad he sucks . So he picks off crumbs from real guides
