Thanks.... I saw this info. after I made the other post.

I read the information on the 9 proposed Amendments. Most sound good, but I wish I could find info. that explains the amendment in "Layman's" terms.

The 5 th one listed [Act 868]...... I would like to see the Jan. 1, 2013 date stipulation removed. If any elected offical is convicted of a felony I don't want my tax dollar going to him for is retirement....not just anyone caught after 1-1-2013.
