Would be better reading:
“The right of each citizen to keep and bear arms is fundamental and shall not be infringed. Any restriction on this right shall be subject to strict scrutiny. The penalty for any politician voting for a restriction of any fundamental right shall be death. The penalty for attempts to enforce such a law shall be death. Violations and attempted violations of fundamental rights by agents abusing governmental power are crimes against the highest law of the land, and therefore deserving of the highest penalty."
