We've used the soy beans and rye grass in the past. This year we're gonna try some winter wheat. May have to try some of that Tecamate.

Past several years have mixed Iron clay (cow) peas, winter wheat & winter oats. Have seen plenty of deer in it. Have some guys with us that plant just rye grass & have done well with that. Who knows??????
Has anyone else noticed the price on fertilizer? HOLY ****!!!!!! 13-13-13 is on the avg of about $17-$18 a sack! Cheapest I've found has been $11.95.
