At around 2:45 I was stuck on the west side of the eastbound lane of the I-10 bridge. I saw a cop coming down the west bound side with its lights on. I saw one of my coworkers in the outside lane with his light bar on his bug truck. An older lady was riding her bike down the bridge. She was just a fussing and pointing her finger at the cop. He had to chase her until the curve getting off in Westlake. I sat there for around 20 min and we finally started moving the cop was still over there with his lights on. My coworker said she was doing around 30-35mph. That was the funniest thing I've seem in a long time.
