Favorite animal to hunt and why

I hate big game hunting, because I suck at it. Wingshooting gets my juices flowing, but I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to go Elk hunting, haven't been out west since I was a kid, beautiful country. I still need to jerk a Yellowfin's lip too.
