Went on a solo trip this morning 10-04 cause nobody wants to get up early in the morning I guess. Launched at Ellenders with my new Stick' Em rod in hand and no sticker for the boat or truck which I was told I would get some soon or I just want brag on the rod again. Heading to the Prien area which would be by the casino and to Lake Charles. Made a couple of drifts' from marker 119 to just in front of the casino and picked up two to three trout for each pass then moved into Lake Charles on the flats and in the tug boat turn around picked up some more trout and some flounder. Seen a little school of reds in the middle of Lake Charles and that was what I was there for ended up with three of them big boys in the boat. Headed back to Ellenders and ran through Turners to see what the water looked like and released the fish didn't feel up to cleaning let them fight another day. Ended the day with 12 trout, 2 flounder and 3 reds. All caught on the Stick' Em Rod with opening night and natural shrimp jerk jrs.

Nice job bro. I am glad you like the rod. I will have more stickers and other cool stuff In a week or 2. Glen is hunting for a couple weeks. Nice job and thanks for the report.

That natural shrimp Jerk Jr. is the lick, prolly one of my most favorites to throw.

Brought a friend with me this morning.
Fished up north.
24 trout, 2 reds, 2 flounder.
Nothing real big, but nice fish.
Caught on " Opening Night and Glow Chart. "

Nice, I have been catching reds in pretty big schools from the port all the way south to the ppg cut, dead center of the channel in deep water for a few weeks now.
