Tim.......what size are the crabs that you caught?
About what percent are 5" [tip to tip]? Were you keeping some crabs under 4". How was the shrimping while you were there? Any reports? Last May, I went the week before the season opened and caught the 10 # limit in about 30 minutes.....keeping only 30 to 40 count or larger shrimp. There were lots of small crabs [ie. under 4.5"] but I did get about 3 dozen 5+ " crabs.
