This website's pretty cool! You can enter everything you ate and it'll show you how many calories, fats, carbs, etc. you had all day. You can also enter your exercise (even things like "Desk Work", "Driving", etc) and it'll show you how many calories you burned that day. Pretty interesting to look at.
