Man a good pot of Red Beans and rice goes long way.........

And right now...........Chilled cucumbers and tomatoes can be found cheap and same thing...........goes a long way.

Chicked wings and thighs on he grill, Easy and fast.

And we have been picking up those pre seasoned pork loins.......

Cook them on the grill in a black iron pot with potatoes and carrots...........can of cream of mushroom soup............
