He may have taken a lesson from pox. .....ruthless.......when I sell something and I set a price, that's what I want for it. When people come over and offer me less I tell them OK and that ill hold onto his cash and the item till they bring the rest. If they don't bring it in one week, item and cash are still mine and item goes back up for sale.........I do t play the talk me down game.......

I'm the same way. I was selling an old boat about 5 or 6 years ago and said I wanted $1500 for it. I had a guy come look at it and say "I want it but I only have $1000." I said that's fine, I'll hold onto the $1000 and the boat until you can come up with the other $500 then she's all yours. His next words were "O ok, I'll give you $1500"
