I don't feel it's the nicotine so bad as it is a habit of when you're driving, hunting, fishing, after a meal, etc...It's breaking that habit that's the hardest...but very doable...just try to stay occupied and get used to new habits...reteach yourself...see it as an opportunity for a healthier you w/ better taste buds.
