A THIEF in Lowery
There is a thief in Lowery. He or they stole my 2 batteries out of my boat parked at my camp at Gary's Landing. Cut the cover and crawled in like a snake and went to work undoing the wing nuts. Pretty sure who it is but can't prove it.
