WD-143 is a major hub. They have about 300,000 bbls of oil and about 500 MMCF/D gas going thru them. If you raise suspecions, someone will
come talk to you.
They are supposed to monitor Ch-16.

yeah we called on 16 for a bout 5-10 minutes with no answer
