2 man limit of trout and left them biting. Took good friend Robert L. out yesterday morning and fished with a pretty stiff NE wind and some jumpy birds then all of a sudden the wind stopped and water got slick then within a couple of minutes changed to a more northerly direction and the bite was on despite the guy in the flat bottom boat with what appeared to be his mom and dad that kept running over the schools from the wrong direction just as we managed to get into them. That guy really needs to read W's post on fishing birds! Bigger fish caught after wind changed to the north. Couple of breakoffs. Most caught under corks with glow/chartruse sand eel jr with 1/4 oz jig. Water stained but still had a good salt content. Fish bellys full of small shrimp and were spitting them all over the bottom of the boat.
