The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

Default Cooking outside.

Dad's in the process of changing the floor in the kitchen so he sent me to the back yard to cook us some supper since the girls aren't home. Beef ribs and Tasso in a gravy it is. Slow and low. Simple and delicious. Mostly bones and fat with some meat in the mix. lol

Food tastes better when you're comfortable.
