From yesterday.....
I know today is Friday but it can also be Fryday! I've been wanting to make this for a couple of weeks now so today was the day. I started earlier this afternoon bt making a dough for poboys. Shaped two nice loaves I thought would just double in size. ![]() Here's what really happened. three to four times in size! ![]() When the cooking started I decided to have only one beer, ![]() Fries done! ![]() Boudin balls done! Crawfish boudin and regular stuffed with pepper jack cheese. ![]() Hot fried chicken livers right out of the fryer. ![]() Oh, here's the bread after cooling a bit from the oven. It kind of deflated a lil bit when I removed the plastic wrap. They came out a little darker than I wanted because I was outside frying. ![]() Fried Chicken liver poboy with Scratchmo's mustard and Ghost Pepper pickles. ![]() ![]() |
