Been traveling quite a bit for work and haven't had time to fire up the Rec-tec. I was going through some "withdrawals" so decided I was going to change that tonight. Whipped up some dry rub baby backs. 225 for 3 hours then loosely wrapped in foil with Apple juice at 350 for 1 more hour. Didn't take a picture of the side but paired it with ranch roasted potatoes and pulled some Indiana sweet corn out of the freezer. Hit the spot! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1418604393.526872.jpg
