It's Jelly Time
Time to make the pepper jelly.
Going to make 36 jars of jalapeno jelly today and maybe a dozen jars of jap / hab mixed. Do this every year . Gotta love making it because you can buy it a whole lot cheaper than making it. 36 jars is 9 lbs seeded peppers ,27 lbs sugar, 18 cups apple cider vinegar, 27 pkg.of pectin .Plus jars ,lids etc.
