As many times as I've been to Rollover and Joseph's Harbur, I've never seen this map before. Great info. I was just there for the last two days. From looking at the map, it appears there is a good weir to the West of where Rollover Bayou empties into the gulf. Wonder if anyone has any info on that? I'm thinking there would be very little "competition" if that weir is still functional since you have to enter the GOM for a bit.

That is bayou pigeon. The mouth is silted up and you can't get in it anymore, unless it has busted open in the last couple of years. Not sure on the condition of the weir either.
