fruit vaccuming
I used to cook my fruit a little then put in zip bag and freeze. I have a vac. sealer and have peeled and quartered my pears and froze raw and tried a pie today and it came out good but the thing i find is a lot of juice comes out when vacuuming . I tried these today to see and was wondering if anybody tried this before. just vac. the whole pear and freeze and peel and seed when needed.
