don't know anyone in lc but i am sure some people will chime in soon, props do wear out too, getting in some shallow water, sand and mud will wear out a prop you can lose some blade which will affect performance, if the motor doesn't get used too much it could be your carbs also, does the motor idle fine or is it rough, maybe an issue with low speed jets or somthing
