Its been a while since a post, so i went with an all time favorite of mine for breakfast. It is Spinach and eggs!
I started off by sautee spinich down and set in buttered casserol dish. After the spinach has wilted down, i cooked some thick cut peppered bacon to a crisp and added it to the dish. I retained the grease for a white gravy.....YUMMY I add the eggs to the casserole dish and top with the white gravy then off to the oven it goes for 15-18 minutes at 400. End result with a little sausage.... Hope you enjoy! |
