Help guys ? a place to retire ? help

Im in Little Rock and I am really looking for a nice (low to no ) crime rate place,haha, and looking for a place to retire in. im 56 , gonna buy a bay boat and I aint skered to go out a few miles ............? I have hired guides from Venice to Grand isle etc ....but ....if YOU were to pick a place ... where would it be ? this is a real deal question , just looking for some insight from real fishermen, I love bay fishing for specks and reds ....but would like gulf access.(by boat) if you were to relocate , where would it be ? thanks in advance .tj
