Labor Day Redfish Slam

Fished the Labor Day weekend busting up the redfish. Rick Seasock and Empire Scaffold Co. Loved their 2 night stay at the Lakehouse. Chef CJ whipped up a great seafood supper with gumbo,fried fish & shrimp the first night followed by a great steak supper the following night. Capts Brady Giroir and Travis Lovell helped out with the 3 boat trip. All 3 boats limited out each day with 55 reds the first day and 65 reds the second day. The guys had never experienced anything like this before as the numbers of fish we are catching right now is incredible. Rick is already planning a trip in November for trout and returning again next August for more great redfish action. The majority of our fish are being caught in 5-15 ft of water on live bait and the best month of all (September) is just getting started. Last year we caught 2500 reds in the month of September alone! The next 4 weeks will be hectic but we do have a few days available for anyone looking to bust up some big reds.
