Default Grilled Bacon and Egg & Cheese Poboy

These last 5 or 6 days have been long hectic days for me. I was so exhausted last night I went to bed without eating dinner. Not that I couldn't do to miss a meal but I was just too tired to eat. Needless to say I crashed and slept like a bear in hibernation. I woke up hungry like a bear coming out of hibernation too! After a big cup of coffee I decided to make myself a little breakfast. I went outside and turned on the Holland gas grill to warm up and went back inside to get the package of Boar's Head bacon. I put ten slices on to cook while I went back in for more coffee and to get the rest of breakfast ready.

On the way home last night I picked up a loaf of French bread with the intention of making a turkey and Swiss cheese poboy for dinner. Well since I had the bread it wasn't hard to figure what I was hungry for. I sliced and buttered a piece of bread and put it on the grill to warm for a few minutes.

Add a little shredded cheese.

I did pick a few fresh eggs the girls laid yesterday and three of those were perfect for scrambled eggs.

Put it all together nice and neatly and it's time toe eat!

Mmmmm........ This is going to be delicious!!!!!

Want half? ;D
