V-Bay 11/22 The Point

Made a short trip to the Point this morning in the yak. Launched at the Park in the water for 7:30 am. Started peddaling to the cove and ran into some birds, picked up 5 keeper specs and released a couple white trout, cork w/beetle. Got to the cove and counted 25 boats. Landed 3 and lost a couple tightlined on the bottom with Gambler Flappin shad on 3/8 oz.
Wind picked up so headed back to the park and took a few cast near Shark Bayou entrance, landed 2 more and called it a day. Yak back on the truck before 10:00. Water was very clear in that area
