The land we inherited is NOT the blind. It is water front property where our camp is on. The blind has been in the same place since 1974, has my family name on a brass plate in the blind, and is located in a public lake. I agree with the fact that I can't show up 5 mins before shooting time and run someone out of a blind. It was just the fact that I did a lot of noticable updates the evening before and had stuff in it already, and the guy new that I was young and took advantage of me. He threw the honor system out and was kind of a ***** about it. I just wanted to know how to combat it and move forward.

Like I've said before, we're gonna add about 4-6 feet to it and update it. If someone argues with us after we put this $ into it, it won't go down like it did last week. I'll be out there WAYYY before shooting time for the first few weeks so I can 1.) avoid this BS and 2.) establish our presence in that blind.
