I went 40+ miles offshore in a Cape a few years ago. It road good in 3' waves.
Trip was good.......until we were back on land and talking about the boat and I learned that it was only a 21 or 22 footer. I thought that was kind of small to be that far out. I though it was a little bigger boat.
