how do you know they're not spending money here? i had a guy come from texas a couple days ago... to buy bait... let me repeat that.....THIS MAN DROVE FROM TEXAS TO BUY BAIT HERE... IN LOUISIANA. (and it wasn't a small purchase) it happens alot more often than you may think. and btw.. he wasn't even fishing here that day.
