I need a recipe

ok every year for july 4th, my family heads to Toledo Bend with her brother and sisters. We are the only ones with a boat, so i stay busy all week trying to give everyone that tube ride or the jetski ride.
this year, with the economy the way it is, I need some cheap ideas of what to cook at toledo and something that will go far. we normally supply most of the food.
Anyone have any good ideas or recipes that they would like to share with me? anyone have a good recipe for catfish balls etc . come on any ideas are great here!!!
Details:
We are going to be 15 of us to feed for one week.
we will be in a cabin with a stove and an oven to utilize?
What is something different to cook on the pitt?
come on I know you can come through for me. My wife's family recently lost someone very special to them and i just want to make their week a better one.
