Fishing help @ Maurepas Swamp

We go to Maurepas Swamp, I am talking about the swamp between Pontchartrain and Maurepas, when we can't get our crab fix from Grand Isle. We usually do pretty good with crabs getting medium sized full crabs but we have never had any luck fishing.

What should I be targeting in this area and what are some good lures/baits to use. There is usually plenty of cover, fallen trees, and typical south Louisiana swamp conditions. Any insight will be appreciated, otherwise we will go collect our 10 dozen crabs and call it a day.
