Fishing is a pain in my ..............
BACK!
Do any of you experience back pain when fishing? Seems over this last year my lower back will start to hurt after about 4 hrs of fishing. I don't normally have back pain. When this occurs Ill normally just go sit down for a spell or lay flat on the deck until my pain goes away. Does anyone have any suggestions?
